Не хочет печатать по-русски в оконном режиме, в полноэкранном пожалуйста. Все настроил как написано в документации.
Интересно в чем дел

Два способа

1) Установи русский язык по умолчанию - сейчас, похоже, установлен англицкий. Однако для админа это не удобно.

2)
- в файл autoexec.nt, что в system32, добавь LH KB16 RU
- в реестре исправь значение HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Keyboard Layout\DosKeybCodes\00000409 с "US" на "RU"
